Job Description

Scrum Master (Agile JIRA Confluence). Would you like to take ownership and empower people to succeed? You could be joining a collaborative team of technologists and enjoying a relaxed working environment with perks including flexible working, an amazing office environment and regular massages to name but a few.

As a Scrum Master you will help to lead two Agile Scrum, product feature focussed teams; the key product is a highly complex network discovery and infrastructure management tool used by large scale organisations to efficiently manage their IT set-up.

You'll partner with the Product Owner on grooming and maintaining the product backlog utilising your knowledge of the software development lifecycle and communicating progress across the organisation.

This Scrum Master role presents an excellent opportunity to join a successful and growing company and work with a friendly upbeat team in a great atmosphere. There's a fully stocked kitchen / break out area and games room, the office is light and spacious with showers, secure bike storage and lots going on in the local area with great places for lunch and a very short walk to the river.

*Strong experience as an Agile Scrum Master; ideally Scrum Certified
*Good understanding of the software development lifecycle; testing and / or Business Analyst experience
*Good working knowledge of JIRA and / or Confluence
*Advocate of Servant Leadership
*Genuine passion and enthusiasm for what you do, ability to motivate and inspire others
*Advanced planning and organisation skills with the ability to think long term and consider dependencies

As a Scrum Master you will earn a competitive salary (to £75k) plus benefits.
