Technical Support Engineer (SQL REST API). Opportunity to join a pioneering digital challenger bank based in beautiful riverside offices. As a Technical Support Engineer you will join a newly established team within the existing Service Delivery function for a key Open Banking product with a focus on API services.
You'll collaborate with the team to ensure incidents and problem resolutions are prioritised effectively and delivered within the SLA; provide technical support to partners integrating with the services; identify process improvements and implement them and assist with deployment of changes and testing the live environment.

*Support Engineer with experience of supporting client bespoke applications and working to SLAs in a customer facing, commercial environment
*Ability to code with SQL
*Ability to test and debug REST APIs and read application logs
*Familiar with security protocols, OAuth, OpenID Connect, JWT
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills; collaborative and able to form strong working relationships
