Client Support Team Lead / Helpdesk Manager (Financial Compliance). Global, technology driven financial services organisation is seeking a Client Support Team Lead to head up a team of 3-4 Client Support Analysts focussed on a key Financial Compliance product offering.
You'll manage the customer support service ensuring that your team efficiently deals with queries from clients on the helpdesk and supporting Compliance Officers with on-boarding, administration of new clients and drafting contracts. You'll provide line management to the team and be responsible for reviews, disciplinary, performance evaluations and developing individuals. As a Client Support Team Lead you'll also look at strategy, working with other teams to improve client service and evangelise best practice.

*Strong experience of managing a small, customer focussed team including reviews, disciplinary, performance evaluations and developing individuals
*Experience of supporting financial products, financial compliance experience / understanding advantageous
*Customer service focussed
*Strong analysis and problem solving skills
*Excellent communication skills
*Likely to be degree educated
