Job Description

.Net Developer / Full Stack Software Engineer (C# ASP.Net MVC JavaScript Angular SQL Server). Global leading clean energy provider is seeking a skilled .Net Developer. Joining a first class software development team, as a .Net Developer you will work closely with energy scientists to design and develop complex software applications to analyse and understand renewable energy data - projects include site selection and feasibility analysis, analytics software to calculate the optimal design for a wind or solar farm, including predicating the energy production and economic viability of a site as well as asset management software to monitor and analyse performance. Agile Scrum development environment with 2 week iterations.

This role presents an excellent opportunity as a .Net Developer to work in an intellectually and technically challenging environment on something really worthwhile. You'll be based in beautiful offices in Hertfordshire with lots of space and a good work / life balance. Easily commutable from Hemel Hempstead, Watford, St. Albans, Kings Langley and also from London Euston.

Requirements:
*Degree educated, 2.1 in Computer Science or Engineering
*Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies including: C#, .Net, ASP.Net, SQL Server (and NoSQL databases ideally)
*Familiar with Front End technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5 and Angular.js
*Familiar with Agile development methodologies (Scrum)
*Highly numerate with good mathematics skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Interest in environmental issues
