Job Description

Advertising Assistant (Copywriting). A unique opportunity has arisen for a highly confident and communicative individual to utilise and develop their writing skills within a friendly, relaxed and supportive Technology Recrutiment Consultancy. You'll take on a vital role within the business; producing creative job advert copy for over 300 live technology roles for a range of companies such as hedge funds, investment banks, start-ups and consultancies.

As an Advertising Assistant you'll be responsible for the entire advertising process; from attending job role briefings (over the telephone and in person) and translating this into job advert copy, through to posting adverts on external job boards and working closely with the consultants to remain updated on any changes to job roles. You'll be attending client meetings, alongside the Account Managers, to gather further information about the roles they are recruiting for, the technology they use and their office environment / culture which you will then use to produce compelling advert copy that will attract talented technology candidates. As you'll be working within a small, close-knit back office team, you will also have a number of admin responsibilities such as; answering and transferring calls, maintaining company systems and posting job adverts.

You'll be based in a fantastic location in Esher (Surrey) with on-site parking available and only a 5 minute walk from the train station. The office has shower facilities, a fully stocked kitchen (fruit and milk), bike racks, a pool table and a terrace overlooking Sandown Racecourse. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a friendly and fun back-office team, within a sales environment, where you'll be provided with full training on copywriting and technology and will be able to gain exposure to the entire business.

Requirements:
*Previous experience working within an office environment
*You'll have experience writing (academic or personal projects) and have excellent grammar, punctuation and spelling
*A confident and outgoing individual who is happy to communicate with everyone across the business (from Consultants to Directors) and clients
*You will have completed A Levels that involve essay writing (English, Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy etc.) and ideally be degree educated
*Must live a commutable distance from Esher (by car or public transport)
*You'll have meticulous attention to detail
*Organised and able to manage a varied workload in a fast paced environment
